The location was SUPERB. It's close to the Financial Centre metro station. I found many helpful staff ready to assist with everything. They always had a smile. The complimentary water bottles left daily were a great touch! The WiFi quality was great and stable, which I needed for work.
I requested rooms be next to each other. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The rooms were assigned on different floors.

mixed feelings about my stay
poor air conditioning unavailable housekeeping
the hotel breakfast was acceptable. it had a decent variety of dishes.
the air conditioning was really bad. the lowest temperature was 20°c, the room stayed hot (it was not comfortable at all). housekeeping was not available when we asked at 11:00 pm.

the location was excellent, very near to the metro station. the classic king room balcony had wonderful views. i found the staff helpful when i needed directions.

poor air conditioning uncleaned room
the breakfast included a nice variety of dishes and the service was acceptable.
My stay faced issues. the air conditioning performed poorly. The lowest setting was 20°c, my room remained uncomfortably hot. i requested housekeeping at 11:00 am prior leaving the hotel, when i returned at 11:00 pm, the room was not cleaned.

amazing stay!
quick check-in super clean room convenient location
the staff was wonderful. i especially appreciated the quick check-in by ms. samjhana. ms. shova from the cleaning staff kept my room super clean! the hotel's location between two metro stations proved so convenient. the breakfast was delicious with varied choices.
the lobby was a bit small and crowded at times.

the reception team provides swift service. the front door staff are cute and helpful. the staff near elevators readily assist with taxi arrangements and trip information, so it is helpful for travel, and i found it all very pleasing.

clean place amazing service rooftop bar
Staff were nice and the place was always thoroughly cleaned. I do have to say that the service was amazing from all the staff. The view from the roof top bar is a must and have great food too.

the receptionist evelyn gave a warm welcome , and i felt at home immediately. the entire staff was helpful , concierges were knowledgeable. breakfasts offered varied and delicious options.
